Saint Acarius was a monk at the Abbey of Luxeuil, a veritable nursery for saints.
His charity and patience were legendary and he was known for his art of destroying slander and minimizing disputes.
It is invoked against the harm that can be done by jealous, harsh and vindictive people. What harm, indeed, do such people in families and communities.

INVOCATION
O Savior Jesus, from your adorable mouth came these beautiful words: "Learn from me that I am meek and humble of heart" and again these: "I did not come to lose, but to save. "
Deign, O Jesus, to place these sweet and salutary virtues in our hearts and in the hearts of those for whom we pray and whom we recommend with confidence to the effective intercession of Saint Acarius. We beg you by N.-S. AD So be it.
Saint Acarius, give us peace with our neighbor through the union of sincere charity.

PRAYER
O my most gracious Jesus, how could I not love you? Ah! I must love you, not out of heaven's desire, not out of fear of hell, or for any reward. O my Jesus! I love you, and will love you always, only because you are my God and my King.
So be it.
