Psalm 112
112.1
Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, who finds great pleasure in his commandments.
112.2
His seed will be mighty in the earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed.
112.3
He has prosperity and wealth in his house, And his righteousness endures forever.
112.4
Light dawns in darkness for the upright, for the merciful, compassionate, and righteous.
112.5
Happy is the man who exercises mercy and lends. Who regulates his actions according to justice.
112.6
For he never wavers; The memory of the just lasts forever.
112.7
He is not afraid of bad news; His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.
112.8
His heart is strengthened; he has no fear, Until he takes pleasure in looking at his adversaries.
112.9
He gives generosity, he gives to the needy; His righteousness endures forever; His head rises with glory,
112.10
The wicked see him and get angry, he gnashes his teeth and is consumed; The desires of the wicked perish.
