Saint Magdalene is invoked to be preserved from meningitis and to obtain a cure.
Virgin of the Third Order of Saint Dominic, she was born in the middle of the 15th century in Trino, a small town in Montferrat. She worked ardently for the salvation of souls and was favoured by the gift of prophecy.
She died in Trino on October 15, 1503. Many miracles took place at her tomb.

INVOCATION:
Heaven, give ear, and I will speak; and let the earth hear the words of my mouth. My doctrine shall rain as the rain, and my word shall drip as the dew, and as the light rain upon the grass that grows up: for I will call on the name of the Lord. Celebrate the greatness of our God.
Saint Magdalene, whom so many people invoke with such confidence to obtain healing, pray for me.

LET US PRAY:
Give me your passion, O my Jesus, that I may have it always before my eyes and in my heart. For your passion alone can suffice me and make my soul fruitful for all good. It alone is my consolation, my refreshment, my joy, my guide, my shelter, my help and my bliss. So be it.
