Saint Clotilde is invoked to obtain the healing of sick children.
Saint Clotilde was the daughter of Chilpéric, king of the Burgundians. She was brought up in the Christian religion. Clovis, king of the Franks, hearing about the beauty and virtues of this young princess, asked her in marriage.
Saint Clotilde strived to convert her husband knowing that if the king became a Christian the whole kingdom would gradually become Christianized. His first son being dead, the second suddenly found himself on the brink of death. Saint Clotilde obtained from God, by her prayers, her immediate healing, which made a great impression on Clovis.
After the death of Clovis, Saint Clotilde retired to a convent to end her days in prayer and mortifications.

INVOCATION:
O God, who, after having inflamed the heart of Saint Clotilde with zeal for the propagation of faith, granted her prayers the gift of miracles, grant that by his assistance we find consolation and remedy for all our ills, and deign to confirm to us so much, by your grace, in faith and charity, that we have been found faithful until death in your service. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Clotilde, who will obtain health of body and soul and preserve from all misfortune, pray for us.

PRAYER:
Good Jesus, crucified between two thieves, insulted with the deepest contempt, laden with curses and outrages, watered with gall and vinegar, suffering for three hours the most cruel torments, have mercy on me, Lord, have mercy on me . So be it.
