Psalms thanksgiving
Psalm 65
1 From the singing master. Psalm. From David. Canticle.
2 Praise is due to you, O God, in Zion; that for you the wish is granted
3 you listen to prayer. To you comes all flesh
4 with his works of sin; our faults are stronger than us, but you erase them.
5 Blessed is your chosen one, your familiar, he dwells in your courts. Satisfy ourselves with the goods of your house, the holy things of your temple.
6 You answer us in wonders of righteousness, God of our salvation, hope of the ends of the earth and of the far islands;
7 who uphold the mountains with your strength, who gird yourself with power,
8 who calms the crash of the seas, the crash of their waves. The peoples are in a rumor,
9 terrified, the inhabitants of the ends of the earth; your signs make the doors of morning and evening jubilant.
10 You visit the earth and make it overflow; you fill it with riches. The stream of God is filled with water, you prepare the ears. So you prepare it
11 watering its furrows, smoothing out its clods, you soak it with downpours, you bless its germ.
12 Thou crownest the year with thy lovingkindness; on thy ruts the fat streams;
13 They stream, the pastures of the wilderness, the hills are bordered with gladness;
14 The meadows are clothed with flocks, the valleys are draped with wheat, the shouts of joy, O songs!

There are 150 psalms in the Bible and they are attributed to King David. According to some beliefs, each psalm has a key, a secret, which, when used with the psalm, can solve a specific problem.
In the Koran, the Book of Psalms is called the Zabur.
Human beings are in a constant struggle on all levels against the forces of darkness, against the elements of nature and against their fellow human beings.
The psalms can be used by humans in this perpetual struggle against the forces of evil. With the psalms we can praise God, ask for the prosperity of the earth's goods, implore graces and blessings, ask for protection against enemies, defeat enemies, cure physical and spiritual illnesses, ask for help in court trials, for good luck, to ask for God's help in all circumstances, against fire, storms, storms, to have a good journey, etc.
It is important to know, as in everything we can undertake, to have FAITH. For FAITH lifts mountains. With faith, everything can succeed, whatever the obstacles.
