to God Self-confidence Understanding
Today, in the darkness of the world and in hope, I affirm my faith in the future of humanity. I refuse to believe that present circumstances make men incapable of making a better earth.
I refuse to share the opinion of those who claim that man is so captive to the night that the dawn of peace and brotherhood can never become a reality.
I believe that truth and unconditional love will have the last word effectively.
Life, even if temporarily defeated, is always stronger than death.
I firmly believe that there is still hope for a bright morning.
I believe that peaceful goodness will one day become the law.
Every man will be able to sit under his figuier,
in his vineyard, and no one will have reason to be afraid anymore.

To God, the being above all, nothing is impossible. Everything is possible with him. Whatever difficulties you find yourself in, trust in him, have faith. Pray to him and he will answer you.

Understanding between people is a very important element that conditions peace and cohesion. The Evil One knows this and always seeks to create divisions and conflicts. Satan knows that he has to rely on misunderstanding in his malicious aims. His main objective is therefore to destroy families. Because he knows that in the family, if there is mutual understanding between all family members, he will never succeed in any of his evil deeds. So he pits brothers and sisters against each other, children become disobedient and see their parents as enemies. Wars are created between families, neighbours, clans, countries, religions...
In order to prevent Satan, the terrible evil one before the Lord, from achieving his objectives of harm, we must seek to cultivate and perpetuate Understanding in our living environments, in our families, in our countries...
Prayer remains at the base, the only and most powerful weapon that can infuse us with the inner peace that will transform us, making each of us an instrument of peace that will spread understanding and harmony around us.
