We too want to
to surrender ourselves confidently
into your hands,
O Lord
our only Saviour.

You burn with the desire to be loved,
and he who is in harmony
with the sentiments of your heart
learns to be the builder
of the new civilisation of love.
A simple act of trust is enough
to break the barrier
of darkness and sadness,
doubt and despair.
The rays of your divine mercy
restore hope
to those who feel crushed
by the weight of sin.
