Saint Joseph Saints
O dear and holy Patriarch,
I look forward to your happiness
and your glory:
you have been made worthy
to command Jesus as Father
and to see subject to your orders
He whom heaven and earth obey!
O good Saint Joseph,
you had a God at your service:
at your service I intend to put myself too,
obey you,
honor you,
attach me to you,
as to my Master.
I choose you too,
after Marie,
for my main advocate and protector.
Every day of my life
I promise you,
i will honor you
by some special tribute:
every day i will come
put me under your backup.
Accept me forever
among your servants and your proteges.
By the joy that you had
to live here below in society
of Jesus and Mary,
I beg you to watch over me always,
during my earthly existence;
by the assistance that Jesus and Mary
gave you at your death,
give me your special assistance
at the time of my death:
do so that,
dying in your company
and in that of Mary and Jesus,
I'm going to thank you in paradise,
and, united to you,
praise and love the good Lord eternally.

Saint Joseph, the husband of Mary, is a special saint because he received from God the mission to take care of Jesus and Mary.
St Joseph is recognised for his many virtues: justice, chastity, prudence, courage, obedience, fidelity, patience, humility...
