O Mother of God and my Mother, Mary,
you have obtained for me from God
so many graces during my life;
for which I thank you with all my heart.

Do not abandon me,
now that my death is approaching
and I have greater need of your help.

Pray to Jesus for me,
Give me more sorrow for my sins
and more love for God,
so that I may have the happiness
of going to love him with you in Paradise,
always and with all my strength.
Mary, my hope,
I entrust myself to you.
