Prayer to Saint Eutychia against swelling of the legs

INVOCATION:
Receive, O God infinitely good, the vows that I send to you through Saint Eutychie, and grant me for the glory of your Name and the exaltation of this holy virgin, the healing of these swellings, so that Saint Eutychie may be filled with blessings. So be it.
Saint Eutychia, who relieves the sick who invoke you, pray for me.

PRAYER:
My God, you have taken me out of the silt of the earth; your hands have fashioned me like a vessel of clay; you have first made me like milk that curdles and hardens, and then you have made me strong with bones and covered me with skin and flesh.
But until then, Lord, my eyes were closed to the light, my ear could not hear, my tongue stuck to my palate, all my limbs were motionless, my whole body a lifeless corpse. Then you blew a breath of life upon my face, and made me a living being.
So my soul is from you, Lord, but my body has come out of the earth; and when that spark that stirs our heart is extinguished, it will return to the earth and become the heritage of serpents, bleats and worms. Great God, who will deliver me from this body of sin?
For as long as we are shut up in this earthly dwelling, we do not cease to groan: for this mire has preserved the odour and taste of its origin; this flesh loves to wallow in filth like a filthy animal; it covets against the spirit and makes war on it; it produces only the fruits of death: fornication, impurity, fornication, dissolution, drunkenness, debauchery and other similar crimes.
Almighty God, grant that my soul, this breath of your spirit, this daughter of heaven, may not be drawn by my body into the tomb which it must infect with its rottenness; Tell me by your voice to chastise this vile slave and to reduce him to servitude; tell me that he who sows in the flesh through drunkenness and debauchery will reap the corruption of the flesh; do not allow me to resemble those who make their God from their womb; for by fattening my body for worms, I will fatten my soul for hell. So be it.
