Saint Sulpitius (Sulpicius) the Pious is invoked to restore the vigour of sickly and deficient children.
It is invoked against growth disorders.
Saint Sulpitius entered the path of holiness at a young age. He was bishop of Bourges in the 7th century. He spread the Christian faith throughout his diocese and rekindled the zeal of his flock by making frequent visits to them. His word was very much listened to because it was imbued with truth and gentleness.

INVOCATION:
O Almighty God, full of mercy, who said, with infinite goodness: "Suffer little children to come to me," deign to fill us with joy by granting us the healing that we ask of you through the prayers and the merits of Saint Sulpice. May this holy Bishop intercede for us, so that we may bless you eternally. Through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Sulpitius, who give health to our sick children, pray for us and console us with your assistance.

PRAYER:
O my Jesus! I love you, but not because of the happiness you promise me, or because you eternally punish in hell those who do not love you. O my Jesus! you yourself loved me with tender love on the cross: for me you were endowed with it and satisfied with reproaches; for me your heart has been pierced with a spear. O my Jesus! you have suffered countless pains, the pangs of death in the midst of bloody sweat, and death itself; and all this for me poor sinner. I want, O Jesus, to love you with all my might. So be it.
