you to whom Saint Mary the Sorrowful asked at the hour of her death that those who invoke her be relieved of all pains of the body, in honor of her martyrdom, I beg you and entrust me to you so that (person's name) who is suffering horribly in his or her body may be relieved of this intolerable pain that he (she) has not deserved. May your intervention, most Holy Mother, be beneficial and alleviate (name of person), I humbly ask you!
