Psalms
These two psalms have the same virtue of extinguishing the fire when recited with faith and confidence in the mighty help of God.
Psalm 148
148.1
Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord from on high! Praise him in the high places!
148.2
Praise him, all of you his angels! Praise him, all of you his armies!
148.3
Praise him, sun and moon! Praise him, all of you bright stars!
148.4
Praise him, heavens of heavens, and you waters which are above the heavens!
148.5
Let them praise the name of the Lord! For he commanded, and they were created.
148.6
He has established them forever and ever; He gave laws, and he will not break them.
148.7
Praise the Lord from the bottom of the earth, sea monsters, and all of you deep,
148.8
Fire and hail, snow and mists, Raging winds, which carry out his orders,
148.9
Mountains and all the hills, Fruit trees and all the cedars,
148.10
Animals and all cattle, Reptiles and winged birds,
148.11
Kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth,
148.12
Young men and young girls, Old men and children!
148.13
Let them praise the name of the Lord! For his name alone is exalted; His majesty is above the earth and the heavens.
148.14
He has raised up the strength of his people: a praise for all his saints, for the children of Israel, for the people who are near him. Praise the Lord!
Psalm 149
149.1
Praise the Lord! Sing a new song to the Lord! Sing his praises in the assembly of the faithful!
149.2
May Israel rejoice in him who created it! May the children of Zion be glad because of their king!
149.3
May they praise his name with dances, May they celebrate him with the tambourine and the harp!
149.4
For the Lord delights in His people, He glorifies the poor by saving them.
149.5
May the faithful triumph in glory, May they shout for joy on their beds!
149.6
May the praises of God be in their mouth, and the two-edged sword in their hand,
149.7
To take vengeance on the nations, To punish the peoples,
149.8
To bind their kings with chains And their great ones with stocks of iron,
149.9
To execute against them the judgment which is written! It is a glory for all his followers. Praise the Lord!

There are 150 psalms in the Bible and they are attributed to King David. According to some beliefs, each psalm has a key, a secret, which, when used with the psalm, can solve a specific problem.
In the Koran, the Book of Psalms is called the Zabur.
Human beings are in a constant struggle on all levels against the forces of darkness, against the elements of nature and against their fellow human beings.
The psalms can be used by humans in this perpetual struggle against the forces of evil. With the psalms we can praise God, ask for the prosperity of the earth's goods, implore graces and blessings, ask for protection against enemies, defeat enemies, cure physical and spiritual illnesses, ask for help in court trials, for good luck, to ask for God's help in all circumstances, against fire, storms, storms, to have a good journey, etc.
It is important to know, as in everything we can undertake, to have FAITH. For FAITH lifts mountains. With faith, everything can succeed, whatever the obstacles.
