Mighty and merciful God, here is a soul which leaves its earthly envelope to return to the Father of mercies in Heaven, its true homeland; may she return there in peace and your mercy be upon her.
Guardian angel who accompanied her on Earth, do not abandon her at this supreme moment; give her the strength to endure the last sufferings she must endure here below for her future advancement; inspire her to dedicate to repentance for her faults the last glimmers of intelligence that she has left, or that could momentarily return to her.
Lord Jesus through your Holy Sacrifice give him eternal life!
Holy Spirit, give him Peace!
Archangel Saint Michael protect her from the attacks of the demon.
Virgin Mary and Saint Joseph patron of the good death, pray for her.
O Very good Jesus, in the agony of your Sacred Heart
