Lord Jesus,
We believe that You are alive and resurrected. We believe that You are really present in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar and (in a different way though) in all who are here and who believe in You. We praise You and we adore You.
You who are the living Bread that came down from heaven, we thank You, Lord, for having come into each of us. It is in You that the fullness of being dwells. You are the resurrection and the life, You are Lord, the health of the sick.
Today we want to offer You all our ills, because You are the same yesterday, today and always, and because You are always and everywhere with us. You are the Eternal Present and You know us.
We therefore ask You to have mercy on us. Visit us through your Good News, so that all may recognize that You live in your Church. Also let our faith and our confidence in You be renewed, We beseech You, Lord Jesus.
Have mercy on the suffering we endure in our body, heart and soul. Have mercy on us, Lord, bless us, and help us recover. May Faith grow in us, and may it open us to the wonders of your Love so that it itself also bears witness to your power and your compassion.
Jesus, We ask You by the power of your holy Wounds, by your holy Cross and by your Most Precious Blood: heal us, Lord, heal our bodies, heal our hearts, heal our souls.

Give us life, life in abundance. We ask you through the intercession of the Most Holy Virgin Mary, our Mother, Our Lady of the Seven Sorrows, who was standing near your Cross, she who was the first to contemplate your holy wounds, she whom you have given to us. given for Mother.
Was it not You who revealed to us that You took upon You all our pains, and that it was by Your Most Holy Wounds that we were healed?
Lord, it is in faith that at this moment we lay all our ills before You and ask You to heal us completely.
Lord Jesus By the power of your Holy Eucharist, and the Love of your Most Holy Heart, deign to heal our spirit of all spiritual evils and of all the consequences of the actions of the Adversary.
Deign to heal Our soul from any mental disorder. Deign to visit and heal our intelligence, our imagination, our memory, our will and our brain. Defeat any malignant cause of blockage and disease. Deign to descend into us and visit our heart, heal all wounds, remove all feelings that do not come from you.
Lord Jesus By the power of your Holy Eucharist, and the Love of your Most Holy Heart, Deign to visit and heal our body, our internal organs, our neurological, respiratory, glandular, metabolic, cardiovascular, genital, muscular, bone systems , our eyes, ears, nose, mouth, teeth, and all cancerous or diseased cells in our body.
For the glory of our Heavenly Father, we also pray that You will heal the illnesses of our family and friends. Make them grow in faith and in hope; make them recover to health for the glory of your Name, so that your Kingdom continues to expand ever more in hearts, thanks to the signs and wonders of your love.
All this, Lord, We ask You because You are Jesus. Because You are the Good Shepherd and we are the sheep of your pasture.
We are so sure of your love, that even before knowing the fruit of our prayer, We say to You with confidence: thank you Jesus, for all that You will do for each of us and for each of them. Thank you for the sick you are healing at this time, thank you for those you do not fail to visit with mercy. Amen.
