Saint Ortaire is invoked to obtain the healing of otitis.
Saint Ortaire was brought up Christian and his parents were in no way opposed to his desire to serve God alone.
His wisdom and piety made him the abbot of Landelle. His convent was a nest of saints and apostles of Christ.

INVOCATION:
The voice of one crying in the wilderness says, "Prepare the way of the Lord; make up the paths for our God in solitude. PRAYER:
Lord Jesus Christ, may your passion be my strength, my refuge, my protection and my defense. May your wounds be my food, my drink and my relief. Water me with your precious blood, so that I may be cleansed of all my sins. May your death be my glory; in her I want, even in the midst of the most bitter sufferings and pains, to find support, consolation, peace and joy for my soul and for my body, now and in eternity.
