One who desires to be happy in all his endeavors should recite this Psalm every day after morning prayer in church with the Holy Name CHAI which means alive, while constantly keeping the Holy Name without the spirit.

Psalm 57
57.1
(57: 1) To the Chief Musician. <> Hymn of David. When he took refuge in the cave, pursued by Saul. (57: 2) Have mercy on me, O God, have mercy on me! For in you my soul seeks refuge; I seek refuge in the shade of your wings, Until calamities are over.
57.2
(57: 3) I cry out to the Most High God, to the God who works on my behalf.
57.3
(57: 4) He will send me salvation from heaven, while my persecutor is reproaching himself; -Pause. God will send his goodness and his faithfulness.
57.4
(57: 5) My soul is among lions; I am lying in the midst of people who vomit the flame, In the midst of men whose teeth are spears and arrows, And whose tongue is a sharp sword.
57.5
(57: 6) Rise up to the heavens, O God! May your glory be in all the earth!
57.6
(57: 7) They had spread a net under my feet: My soul bowed down; They had dug a pit in front of me: They fell into it. -Pause.
57.7
(57: 8) My heart is established, O God! my heart is strengthened; I will sing, I will sound my instruments.
57.8
(57: 9) Wake up, my soul! wake up, my lute and my harp! I will wake up the dawn.
57.9
(57:10) I will praise you among the peoples, Lord! I will sing to you among the nations.
57.10
(57:11) For your loving-kindness reaches to the heavens, and your faithfulness to the clouds.
57.11
(57:12) Rise up to the heavens, O God! May your glory be in all the earth!
