How do I find a job?

How do I find a job?

Getting a job is becoming increasingly difficult around the world. With the high demographics in most countries, the competition for paid work is becoming tough. What can you do to get by?

There is no need to demonstrate the need for an adult to have a paid job. In all of us, even without any formal education, we know that in order to support ourselves and/or our loved ones, we need to have a constant and permanent source of income.

Logically, to have a job, one must have skills in a given field. This implies that one has learned and acquired knowledge and skills. But sometimes, in some countries and in some settings, competence alone may not be necessary to get a job. One may not be competent or one may have to belong to groups, circles or associations to get a job.

In African societies, there are certain realities that many people face on a daily basis. It is said that some people's lives are difficult or miserable because of 'family ties' or because of some spell that witch doctors may have cast on them in their childhood or at some point in their lives.

Family ties" generally refer to pacts, negative acts contracted or carried out by ancestors (parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, etc.) and which have repercussions in the lives of descendants, sometimes for several generations.

For Cartesian people, they would be led to wonder how it could be possible that one could be held responsible for the acts that one's ancestors have perpetrated. And yet, it is quite possible. When people voluntarily or involuntarily make a pact with the devil, whether they know it or not, there is always a counterpart to pay. And sometimes that payback can be heavy. So heavy with consequences that what one thinks one "gains" by indulging in such practices would be too insignificant.

With all these natural and/or spiritual difficulties that make life even more complicated, what should one do to find a job?

Solutions to find a job

No witch doctor, marabout, evil person is above GOD! No matter what people would have done to make your life miserable, never admit defeat. HE WHO CAN DO ALL is there for you. You don't have to be very spiritual to understand, even as you may need or be helped by people with more knowledge or experience in the spiritual realm.

The biggest obstacles to our fulfilment usually come from ourselves. The thoughts, states of mind that we create and/or maintain every day can sometimes handicap us or, on the contrary, push us to give the best of ourselves.

If you put yourself in an attitude where you always think that you can't find work because of family ties or the action of some witch doctor, you create blocks for yourself that can be more powerful than any so-called witch doctor or family tie could have caused you. Holding on to these ideas prevents you from taking action. Every time an opportunity presents itself, you declare yourself a loser before you have done anything.

This is not to tell you that people do not experience the ill effects of witchcraft and occult practices. It is to make you understand that the most powerful, the greatest force is that of GOD. If you think that some evil person has harmed you, cursed you, stolen your chances or your star, know that God can restore to you all that has been stolen from you. Have FAITH. Stop having negative thoughts that keep you in an endless cycle of bad luck.

Adopt positive thoughts. True cleansing begins there. Thoughts of sincere forgiveness, peace, love, kindness towards others and especially towards people who have hurt us, who are angry with us or who continue to want to harm us. You are not obliged to befriend people who have created a nuisance for you. Forgive them sincerely and avoid them if possible so as not to allow them to harm you again.

In the search for a job, there is a first requirement: you must know a trade or know how to do something or at least have a talent that can be used to fill a position. Despite the gifts that some people may have naturally, it goes without saying that training is necessary, to prove that one has this or that qualification or skill.

The prerequisite: acquiring skills / learning a trade

In principle, for people who know what they want, when you want to work in a company, you apply for a job. And a job implies that you know at least one trade. If you go to a company and say, for example, "whatever you tell me to do, I'll do it", we doubt very much that you will be successful. Unless the company is into social work or philanthropy.

To have a job, to work, is to sell one's know-how, one's skills in exchange for a salary. Know-how or skills require prior learning, training. Train in an activity that you like, that you are passionate about. It is very important to do what you love as a job. Thus, instead of being an obligation, not to say a chore, work becomes a game. You enjoy working. You play and earn money to provide for yourself and your family.

When you have trained, do not limit yourself to what you have learned. Try to do more. Recycle where possible. Improve yourself. Wherever you are required to show that you are capable, work excellently. Don't do too little. Do what needs to be done.

If you reach a certain level of competence and people know it, you can't miss work. It is no longer you who will look for work, but the work will look for you. This is inevitable!

Trust in THE ONE WHO IS ABOVE ALL

Whether you believe you are lucky or unlucky, whatever you believe, trust in THE ONE ABOVE, commonly called God. Trusting in God does not mean that you will stand by and do nothing or want to do nothing and say that God will do a miracle. The true belief in God for us is to use for good all that we received when we came into this world. We must make the talent or talents we have received work for us. Make efforts, persevere in the effort while keeping trust in God. He works through sinners like you and us, each of us having received at least one talent to be useful to others.

If you think that you can't find work because your opportunities have been stolen or the wizards have tied you down somewhere, or that you are suffering the consequences of the actions of your ancestors, don't be afraid. Be confident! Have the faith that lifts mountains! Everything is possible with God. No sorcerer can be superior to Him.

Whatever damage you may have suffered, you can be restored to your rights. The right to a good life, to happiness, to decent work. Your stolen opportunities can be returned or you can be given even more.

Things will gradually fall into place for you to have a job. Persevere with patience and effort.

If you are really competent and cannot find work because someone is trying, contrary to your moral or religious convictions, to force you to join some organisation or association or circle or other reason, you can self-employ.

Create a job if you can't find one!

With the growing population, every year there are new graduates, new people who have learned a trade. On this basis, it would not be pessimistic to say that not everyone can find a "classical job". We use the term 'conventional work' here to refer to most people's understanding of 'working' or 'having a job'. For these people, 'working' or 'having a job' means leaving the house almost every day to go to the office, working for a reputable company, letting someone else 'take all the risks'.

For some reason, if you can't find the opportunity to work for a company or a person, you can work for yourself. Don't find excuses to start your own business. Starting out is never easy, but you have to DARE. Many people have started with nothing or with very little.

Common sense should lead us to understand that with the increasing number of graduates and trained people, finding work in the sense of working for a company, institution or person is becoming more and more difficult.

One should think much more in the sense of creating jobs, of self-employment. There are many legal opportunities to make money honestly. Observe and analyse around you. You are able to create, if you want to, for example, a service that probably does not exist at the moment and that can be successful after a while, not only in your environment, but all over the world.

Adopt a certain way of thinking and acting: look for solutions to the needs detected in the environments in which you operate.

Some people will argue that, "It's a risk to self-employ. Opt for security! It is better to let someone else take the risks for you".

What security is there in living constantly on credit because your salary does not provide for your daily needs? What security is there in letting someone set the amount of money you should have each month regardless of the skills and effort you put in? What security is there in regularly envying people who have the possibility, for example, to build or buy a house when, even in your wildest dream, even in a thousand years, with the income you have, you cannot afford it? What security is there in living with frustration all your life?

If you have been looking for a job for a long time and have not found one, go into self-employment and/or set up a business that can employ other people later on. Because, as we evolve, we believe that in this way many will be able to work and live decently from the fruits of their labour, instead of waiting idly and whining that they are unemployed when they have this or that skill.
