Here is that Heart which has loved men so much and which receives from most, and often alas! Of those he has loved most, only coldness, indifference and ingratitude.
We have heard, Lord, your painful complaints. You have revealed to the Blessed servant and disciple of your Heart that this ingratitude is more sensitive to you than anything you have suffered in your Passion. If men were to return some return of love to you, you said, you would count for nothing all that you have done for them. It is this return of love that we want to give you now, Lord. It is by our compassionate and grateful love that we can console you.
May we live only the life of im- molation, abandonment and love for which your Heart thirsts!
With Mary Magdalene, we want to pour on your feet and on your sacred head the perfume of humble love and devoted worship. With Veronica, we want to conquer all your hearts!
May the Sacred Heart of Jesus be loved everywhere! Praised, thanked and comforted be the adorable Heart of Jesus everywhere and always.

Jesus Christ is a central figure in Christianity. He is regarded as the incarnation of God.
The historical existence of Jesus is attested by archaeological research and by the accounts of Roman historians (Flavius Josephus, Tacitus, Suetonius).
At about the age of thirty, Jesus left Nazareth and began an itinerant public life. He calls his disciples and walks with them through Judea and Galilee. He teaches, he heals the sick, casts out demons, walks on water, forgives sins, raises the dead. He is attentive to children. He shares meals, a wedding party, pilgrimages to Jerusalem. He lives as a Jewish believer, goes to the synagogue, observes the Sabbath. He weeps, gets angry, experiences sadness, fatigue and thirst, compassion and even anguish. Jesus is known for his natural authority.
With all the miracles he performed, Jesus is the one to whom prayers should be addressed no matter what difficulties one faces.
