Virgin always Immaculate,
O Mary, You who know my weaknesses,
my miseries, my wanderings,
the mistakes of my past life
who have grieved you so many times,
O my Mother, do you no longer remember it;
but when I'm in regret,
to repentance, to pain,

My Mother, remember me!

When calamities strike me,
when the righteous hand of God
stoop down on me
or on those who are dear to me,

My Mother, remember me!

When my job seems useless
and that all my plans for the good
are overturned one after the other,

My Mother, remember me! When someone of mine suffers without my being able to alleviate my suffering,

My Mother, remember me!

When I moan under these blows
against whom the power of men
seems very weak.

My Mother, remember me!

When anguish besieges me,
that God seems to abandon me.

My Mother, remember me!

When helplessness overwhelms me
and that I no longer have the strength
to address a prayer to you.

My Mother, remember me!

When I can't even
remember you in agony bed.

My Mother, remember me!

When death comes
with its threats and terrors.

My Mother, remember me!

When my soul leaves my body.

My Mother, remember me!

When I appear before my Judge,

My Mother, remember me!

In the flames of purgatory,

My Mother, remember me!

We beg you,
O Lord Jesus Christ,
May the Blessed Virgin Mary your Mother,
whose very holy soul
was pierced with a sword of pain
during your passion,
intercede for us
with your clemency,
now and at the time of our death.

So be it.
