If I implore you today, Blessed Anne, it is to obtain from you a favour to which I attach great importance.

My life is full of turmoil: I have difficulties, financial worries, trials. I am concerned about my future, my health, the happiness of those I love.

My soul is like the sea: its surface is agitated, but its depths must be calm and peaceful.

Help me to banish from my life all that can disturb its deepest intimacy.

With your help, may I understand that true peace enters my heart only when I place myself in God's hands and his will becomes mine.

May I become aware of the excessive love that the Lord has for me and the good he wants for me.

Help me to live by this truth.

Then, thanks to you, "the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard my heart and my thoughts in Jesus Christ.

Amen.
