Saint Udalric or Saint Ulrich is invoked against dog bites. He is also invoked against dormice that gnaw at the earth's goods.
Saint Udalric was bishop of Augsburg around 970 and God rewarded his holiness by granting him the gift of miracles.
He was also invoked against a stuttering that occurred after a great fright.

INVOCATION:
Lord, may the prayer of Saint Udalric and the merits he acquired through the practice of all the virtues be a source of grace and healing for us. Glorify, Lord, your name by exalting your holy Bishop, whose protection we implore. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Udalric, effective remedy for those suffering from stammering, pray for us, we beg you.

O my Jesus! your death is the life of all men. It was after your death that we were appointed as heirs of eternal life. Your death is our victory and our spiritual renewal. Ô! May I live the holy life which blooms from your death, and what your grace produces! for this, let me die with you, so that I can achieve the freedom of true life. So be it.
