Saint Rigobert or Robert is invoked more particularly to obtain the healing of cheek fluxions and toothache.
Saint Robert was called, by his merits, to the archiepiscopate of Reims.
His relations with Pépin d'Heristal have remained famous.
When he died, he was buried in Gernicourt (Marne) where his tomb was the scene of a multitude of miraculous healings.

INVOCATION:
Lord, do not let the memory of your infinite goodness fade from our hearts; may Saint Robert always be favorable to us, and that in honoring his merits we feel the effects of his intercession. We pray to you through Our Lord Jesus Christ. So be it.
Saint Robert, whom we implore effectively against inflammation and toothache, pray for us.

PRAYER:
O my Jesus, good shepherd, who on the tree of the holy cross poured out your precious blood in great waves for our salvation, o joy and nourishment of faithful hearts, what can I give you in exchange for this precious treasure? O holy love of my Jesus, what do you ask of me? my heart, maybe? so that he may bathe in your lovely blood, and soak forever in your holy wounds? Oh ! with what abandonment I would offer you my whole heart! but I cannot give it to you, if you do not first wound it with your love. So be it.
