Saints healing physical illnessesSaint Principian is invoked to obtain the cure of angina pectoris. Saint Principian, son of a prefect of the Gauls, ardently pursued the heretics and spent his life spreading the true faith. He was a remarkable orator and drew the crowds with the strength and vigour of his word.
INVOCATION:
Lord, I lift up my heart to you and ask you to have pity on my misery. Heaven and earth are filled with your glory; do not leave me without helping me. By the merits of Saint Principian and by his intercession, heal me, Lord. Through Jesus Christ Our Lord. So be it.
Saint Principian, all-powerful with God, intercede for me: pray for me.
PRAYER:
O Jesus, broken by the most cruel sufferings, I return in my spirit the terrible sadness of your holy soul, on the tree of the cross, when your heavenly Father abandoned you, and you were the object of cruelty and curses of men: and when I am plagued by the anguish of death, I beseech you to offer to your heavenly Father this sadness of your soul, for all the sins that I have committed in mine. So be it.
